Dog Care Manager

(100%, Rotational Schedule)

What you’ll do:

  • You'll primarily manage our daycare during weekdays (Monday - Friday, 08:00–18:00).

  • Occasionally, you'll rotate with our other manager to supervise our cozy holiday loft (days and nights).

  • Following your holiday loft supervision week, you'll enjoy a flexible week including scheduled days off and on-call responsibilities (ensuring a balanced and restorative schedule).

What we’re looking for:

  • Mandatory:

    • Swiss working permit or citizenship

    • Driver’s license (Category B)

    • Strong reliability, organization, and communication skills

    • Comfortable communicating in English (German is a big plus!)

    • FBA Certificate (or willingness to obtain it - we’ll support you!)

    • Previous experience working closely with dogs

    Nice to Have:

    • Management experience or operational leadership

    • Experience with social media content creation

    • Curious & Ambitious - You’re excited by variety, eager to develop new skills, and ready to wear multiple hats (we invest in your growth!).

Details:

  • Location: Bark and Bone, Zurich City & Samstagern, (22 minutes from Zurich)

  • Start Date: upon agreement

  • Time Commitment: 100% Full-Time (see rotational schedule)

  • Duration: We're looking for someone excited to grow with Bark and Bone long-term.

  • Compensation: CHF 4,200–5,500 monthly (based on experience) plus additional pay for occasional overnight and weekend care
