Can I pause my subscription?
Certainly! lf you have extended absences due to vacations or other commitments, you can pause your membership. Here are the guidelines:
Notification: lnform Bark and Bone at least 4 weeks prior to your intended pause start date.
Duration: Memberships can be paused from two weeks up to a month.
Frequency: For fairness and spot availability, a membership can be paused once in every 6 months.
Restart: Once the pause period ends, your membership automatically resumes, and billing continues unless we're informed otherwise.
